The house is positioned attached to the two side party walls, but adopting a completely asymmetrical geometry where the upper floor only partially covers the lower floor.
The project is developed around the idea of generating a very diaphanous day area with a porch as a transition between the interior and the exterior where the front garden and the swimming pool are located, both facing south.
Access is via the central axis between the day area and the garage bay, thus facilitating a sliding space between the volumes that provides greater protection from the sunlight from the west.
The kitchen, which is visually linked to the front courtyard, is located with direct access to the rear courtyard, as is the laundry room, offering good performance in terms of use.
The first floor generates an overhang over the front courtyard that serves as an extension of the living room porch over the access.
The stairwell located in the central part next to the western party wall is crowned by a glazed skylight that floods the upper floor communication spaces with zenithal light, where the bedrooms are located.
