In 2020 Javier Barbero began his professional activity forming his own architecture studio with the aim of responding to architecture and urban planning projects, covering all scales of project intervention and design in response to the needs of today's society. In collaboration with Gonzalo Vargas Megías, architect, we develop works of architecture and urban planning for both private sector developers and public administration.

We are an architectural studio that is characterised by its intense commitment to architectural quality and environmental sustainability. We develop spaces and places with atmospheres that enrich the wellbeing of their inhabitants.

We work with essential elements such as light, orientation, landscape and matter to create an architecture that is always rooted in the place. An architecture conceived from interior and exterior relationships where architectural volumes and natural elements mutually enrich each other.

The analysis of the singularity of each project is reflected in the spatial and technical solutions used. Our commitment to a more sustainable architecture leads us to implement new technologies or new materials in each project.

We have high-tech tools that allow us to provide the best service in terms of design, structure and project management. We use BIM (Building Information Modeling) collaborative work methodologies to conceive architectural designs of higher quality and precision.
We form a multidisciplinary team with the capacity to respond to different types of projects by integrating architectural, urban, constructive, sustainable and economic values. The technical team of collaborators is made up of:

Ramón Illán Rives, Architect
